South Creake Fishing Lakes

South Creake Fishing Lakes offer a wide range of fishing from the beginner to the most competent carp anglers. The 3 acre fishing lake offers the chance to catch Mirror/Common carp, Tench, roach, rudd and bream. The biggest carp caught last year weighed in at 28.9lbs and some Bream and tench are now reaching double figures.

South Creake Fishing Lakes have a total of 25 swims which makes this lake a very good day ticket water as well as offering the chance to other fishing clubs to book the lake for fishing matches.

South Creake Fishing Lakes do not have a closed season and are there for open all year around. The lakes are open from first light through to dawn.

Day tickets costs:

£7.00 Adult
£5.00 Child (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
£5.00 concessions.
The day tickets can be brought on the bank of the fishery as there will be a bailiff that will be on site at least 3 times a day, or fishing clubs can prebook with the owner Nick Gardner.

South Creake Fishing Lakes takes great pride in there stock of fish as they have their own hatchery to breed their own carp and own growing on ponds to produce carp for sale (www.burnvalleyfisheries.co.uk) and to stock their own fishery.

The fishing lakes do offer a gravel track and car park down to the fishery which also have toilet facilities on them.

These rules have been enforced for the well being of you, the angler, the fish, the lakes and the surroundings. If anyone is caught braking the rules they will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Strictly NO night fishing, keep nets, bait boats, fires or litter.
Barbless hooks only.
Nets must be dipped in net dips provided, on entry to the fishery prior fishing.
Landing nets and unhooking mats must be present and used at all times. Each angler will be expected to have there own, no sharing.
Minimum line strength of 6lb.
Maximum of two rods per person. If you must leave your swim please reel your rods in.
Ground bait, pellets and particles are allowed but are restricted to 1kg every 5 hours per angler.
Boilies are allowed within reason, freezer baits are preferred.
Shelf life boilies are not allowed.
Nuts are not allowed.
Cars must be parked in the designated car park.
No fish are to be removed from the fishery or transferred between lakes at any time.
The management reserves the rights to examine any vehicle leaving the premises.
All anglers must have a current E.A. rod licence.
All fishing should be carried out from designated swims with due respect of other anglers and the natural surroundings.
All fisherman enter the fishery do so at their own risk. We can not be held responsible for any thefts, damages or injuries that may occur.
